How to quickly give a professional finish? (part 4 of 4)
Easy Weather Effects
Want a weathered look but afraid of what it takes to achieve it? Just follow these simple steps and you too can give that weathered look to any of your fine casted pieces of art.
Step One: Spray your item with the base coat color of your choosing.
Step Two: Spray some white (or off white) paint on a piece of paper or even in the cap of the spray can.
Step Three: With a cheap .35 cent paint brush randomly apply paint to your item. Remember not to cover the entire piece.
And voila! You're done. This technique is sometimes referred as "Dry Brushing".
